How do I enable Pre-chat Survey?


In order to enable the Pre chat survey capability in the widget, you must have enabled the Live Person integration via the API.


To enable it in Nanorep:

1. Go to Guided Journeys--> Touch Points-- .

2. Click on the "Personalize" button under the widget you want to set up pre chat survey to.

3. Select the URL or knowledge base configuration.

4. Go to the "Chat" tab under the widget settings.

5. Select the "Pre chat survey" check box.
