What are High-Value Chats?

You can promote a live chat to users asking questions you consider as important to have chat availability in it (high-value questions) by showing them a targeted chat invitation, or even initiate a chat sessions automatically.
 
By tagging in your knowledge base the questions you consider as High-Value (such as "How to upgrade?" or "I have a problem ordering online"), Nanorep will prompt a chat invitation to users asking these questions.
 
You can customize the chat invitations for each question for making your chat invites highly targeted. For instance, if a user searches for "problems ordering online" you can customize the invitation as follows: "GET HELP ORDERING ONLINE NOW!".
