Is Nanorep's system connected to a live representative (chat)?

Yes, the system may be connected to a live chat representative, for cases where Nanorep cannot answer the question instantly. When a live representative answers the new question, Nanorep learns the answer automatically and will then know how to answer such a question in the future.
