Which features are included in the LivePerson chat integration?

Below is the list of supported features for the Nanorep & LivePerson integration:
  1. Pre-chat survey
  2. Post-chat survey
  3. Integrated chat window
  4. Agent availability according to LP skill (predefined in the Nanorep console)
  5. Agent availability according to average waiting time (predefined in the Nanorep console)
  6. Nanorep widget can be added to the LivePerson agent console. You can read more about it here.
  7. The ability to define "high-value" questions in the Nanorep knowledge-base and set chat availability accordingly. (i.e. Show-chat, hide-chat, promote chat and push chat). You can read more about it here.
  8. First initial question asked by the user in the widget, is passed to the Agent in Live Person once chat is initiated from the widget.
