How do I change the LivePerson agent name color within the chat session?
- Log in to your Bold360 ai account and go to Guided Journeys > Touch points.
- Click Personalize in the widget type that you want to change.
- If you have more than one Knowledge Base, select the one where you want to make your change.
- The settings page of the widget is displayed.
- On the Texts & Colors tab, scroll down to the bottom to the Chat Agent name color field.
- Click the color picker box to select a different color through hue or by RGB settings.
You see a preview of your selection in the right-hand of the page.
- Click Save changes and then click OK.
The change is made instantly in the widget on your website.
