How do I change the LivePerson agent name color within the chat session?
From within your Nanorep account, navigate to Guided Journeys => Touch points.
Click Personalize in the version of the Widget for which you want to make the change.
If you have more than one Knowledge Base, you are now be asked to specify for which Knowledge Base you are making this change.
The Settings page for your Widget is displayed.
Go to Texts & Colors tab, and scroll down to the bottom to the Chat Agent name color field.
Click the color box to show a color choice dialog, where you can select a different color through hue or according to RGB settings.
The change is shown in the display of how your widget will look, in the right-hand section of the page. Click the Save changes button that is displayed, and then click OK. The change is made instantaneously in the widget on your website.
