How can I add a new answer to my knowledge-base?

To add new items to the knowledge base software, simply:

  1. In the left menu navigation Click on "Knowledge Base" => "Create an Answer"

    or
  2. Click on Knowledge > All articles => Click on the New Answer  icon.

  3. The new answer screen allows you to edit the new question ("Add title") and the new answer inside the text editor.
     
  4. When finished, click on "Publish" button to publish the new item to the knowledge base software.
