To add new items to the knowledge base, simply:
- In the left menu navigation Click on "Knowledge" => "Add Article"
- Click on Knowledge > All articles => Click on the New Answer icon.
- The new answer screen allows you to edit the new question ("Add title") and the new answer inside the text editor.
- If you haven't finished editing the article. You can save the new article as a draft (make it offline), by clicking on the 'Save' button.
- If finished, click on "Publish" button to publish the new item to the knowledge.
