How can I add a new article to my knowledge-base?

To add new items to the knowledge base, simply:

  1. In the left menu navigation Click on "Knowledge" => "Add Article"

    Or
  2. Click on Knowledge > All articles => Click on the New Answer  icon.
  3. The new answer screen allows you to edit the new question ("Add title") and the new answer inside the text editor.
     
  4. If you haven't finished editing the article. You can save the new article as a draft (make it offline), by clicking on the 'Save' button.
     
  5. If finished, click on "Publish" button to publish the new item to the knowledge.
