In order to add a "Click-to-Call" link to an article, please follow these instructions:
1. Create a new article in your knowledge base, or use an existing article to add the "Click-to-Call" link.
2. In the article editor, please click on the link button.
3. In the pop-up window, under "Protocol", choose "Other".
4. In the URL field, enter the following syntax:
Click the OK button to save the link.
The phone number link should now be clickable.
For example, if you have Skype installed on your workstation, when clicking on the link will open Skype and dial that number.
