How to add content in quotation within an article?

1. Go to Knowledge => All articles, and create a new article, or choose to edit an existing one.

2. Mark the content you wish to place in quotation and click on the quotation button.

3. Navigate to Guided Journeys => Touchpoints => Choose "Personalize" under the floating widget, or embedded widget.

4. Within the widget configuration settings go to the "Advanced" tab.

5. Enable the "Actionable block quotes in answer text" field.

6. On the page the widget is implemented, it is possible to add javascript to the widget that performs an action when a user click on the contact inside the quotation marks.
