What is the Suggested Content section?

The Suggested Content Center is the place for all the suggested content entities in your console. The content in this section is not online until it will be published. Agents can propose suggested content from within the Ticketing system, when they reply a ticket. Users with the right permissions can go through the suggested content, edit and publish it as an article (meaning add it to the knowledge base).
