How to assign a label for a ticket escalated from a certain page?

Please use the following API in your Nanorep script in the relevant page, to associate label with a page:

  • _nRepData["formValues"].push(["label", "label1", "LABEL-ID"]);

replace LABEL-ID with the ID shown in the label editor, visible after click 'edit' on a label

- you can assign multiple labels by adding multiple lines and changing "label1" to 2, 3, etc.
