How to forward tickets to another KB?

Nanorep allows you to forward tickets from one KB into another KB using 3rd party integration.

1. Choose the KB that you want to receive all the tickets.
2. Go to Setting > Ticketing > Ticketing basic > copy the KB email address.
3. Switch to the KB that you wish to transfer the tickets from.
4. Go to Setting > Ticketing > Ticketing basic > scroll down to the section "3rd party integration"
5. Paste the KB email address.
 
* Notice: It takes couple of minutes for the forwarded item to appear in the destination.
