Email Forwarding to Nanorep Inbox
Nanorep enables you to associate your support e-mail address with the Nanorep ticketing system. This way, you can have all your support e-mails handled through one interface and based on a single knowledge base.
To forward your support e-mails to the Nanorep incoming e-mail address:
- Go to Settings →Ticketing →Ticketing Basics tab → Inbox address
- Copy the email address shown next to the drop-down.
- Choose label to be attached to the incoming ticket or choose "Inbox" for it not to be attached to any label.
