How do I set email forwarding to Nanorep inbox?

Email Forwarding to Nanorep Inbox


Nanorep enables you to associate your support e-mail address with the Nanorep ticketing system. This way, you can have all your support e-mails handled through one interface and based on a single knowledge base.

To forward your support e-mails to the Nanorep incoming e-mail address:

  1. Go to Settings →Ticketing →Ticketing Basics tab → Inbox address
  2. Copy the email address shown next to the drop-down.
  3. Choose label to be attached to the incoming ticket or choose "Inbox" for it not to be attached to any label.
