How do I assign a label to a ticket?

  1. Go to the "Open Tickets" or "My Tickets" and chose a ticket (you can choose more than one)
  2. Click on the "Label" button     in the upper toolbar (you can also find this button in the upper toolbar inside a ticket).
  3. Select the relevant label from the dropdown menu. You can select several labels by clicking on "Select multiple…"
