Emails in Bold360 ai are handled through the ticketing system. Therefore, you must first create a new ticket:
- In the Bold360 ai Console, go to Ticketing > Open tickets.
- Click the New tickets icon above the list of your tickets.
- In the User Email field, enter the customer's email address where you want to send an email.
- Make sure that the Send replies to this email address option is selected.
- Click Create and Open to create the ticket.
- Reply to the newly created ticket and click Send.
