How can I determine the way ticket was opened?

Nanorep Ticketing system can open tickets in a number of ways: 

- Direct email to inbox address (XXXXXXXXX.inbox@your_account_name.nanorep.in)

- Email sent to your main support address (for example, support@your_company.com) and then forwarded to your Nanorep inbox address

- TIcket was generated from one of the contact form you can setup in Nanorep 

In order to see the origin of the ticket go to console => All tickets => Find ticket you're interested in and click on it. In Details section at the right you can check "Opened Via" field which contains the necessary information.
