Hiding Answers From 'Dynamic FAQ' Widget
Sometimes your customers frequently ask a question you don’t want to be promoted by appearing on the Product Page FAQ or Support Page widgets.
Questions about cancelling, for example, might be common questions, but not necessarily the kind we want our users to be reminded of without actively asking about it.
- Click on 'Knowledge > All articles'
- Click on the question you want to hide
- Click on the 'Options' tab at the top of the article editor
- Un-check the box 'FAQ Widget'
- Click 'Publish'
