How do I change the Embedded Widget's text?

To customize the default text of the Support Widget, follow these steps:

1. Enter your Nanorep account.

2. Go to Guided Journeys → Touch-points → Embedded Widget → Personalize.

3. Select a knowledge base or URL to customize.

4. Choose "Texts & Colors".

Search box initial text customization: change the text shown next to the 'Search box initial text' field (Type your question here)

'No results' text customization: change the text ('No results… try a different phrasing or ask an agent') shown next to the 'No Results' message field.

Escalation-bar title text customization: change the text "Ask an Agent by:" shown next to the 'Escalation-bar title' field.

Chat button text and email button text / icon: change the text 'Chat' or 'Email' shown next to the 'Chat button text' field or next to the 'Email button text' field. You can also choose to hide the email icon by clicking on the 'customize' link next to the 'Hide Email icon' field and marking the box (appears after clicking on "customize").

Please note: if you don’t have chat integration you won't be able to see the chat button at all.

You may also change the fonts and colors of the title, answer text, answer title and links.
