How to configure/add the FAQ below the support page / floating widget?

1. Click on Guided Journeys-->Touch-points--> Embedded widget / Floating widget-->Personalize.

2. Click on FAQ tab to customize the FAQ:

 

In case the contextual answers feature is enabled in the account, two more options will be displayed in the FAQ tab under the widget settings.

Context filtering: Select the context of the FAQ answers to show.

Required context: If you choose a specific context category, only FAQ answers in that category will be shown.
