How to display FAQ's in the floating widget as first interaction?

In the floating widget, it is possible to add a behavior so that when a user clicks on the widget, it will display the most popular FAQ's.

To add this behavior, follow these instructions.

 

1. Go to Guided Journeys > Touch-points > Click on the "Personalize" button under the floating widget, and choose the URL or knowledge base.

2. Go to the "Position & Size" tab, and check the ""Open on Click" field".

3. Go to the "FAQ" tab, and click on the "Add FAQ List" button.

4. Click on the "More" button and make sure the "Display upon widget load" field is enabled.

5. Click on the "Save Changes" button on the widget preview section to save the new settings.
