How to set up the widget to populate an auto question upon click?

1. Go to Guided Journeys > Touch-Points.

2. Click on the "Personalize" button on the widget for which you want to set up the auto question.

3. Go to the "Basics" tab.

4. Click on the "Select" button near the Auto Question (opened on load) field.


5. In the pop up window, search for the answer from the knowledge base you would like to display upon clicking the widget.
