Within a single account you can offer multiple Support Centers across different parts of your website or to different user groups or device types.
Ho to add a Support Center
- Go to Touchpoints > Support Center.
- Click Add Support Center.
- When prompted, enter the name of the support center (you can change it later) and click Save.
The Support Center is created.
Note: You can create multiple support centers per knowledge base.
How to configure your Support Center
Support center domain - This field contains the subdomain used to access this support center. You will also need to create a CNAME record for this
