How to create a new Support Center in Nanorep?

Within a single account you can offer multiple support centers across different parts of your website or to different user groups or device types. 

Add a Support Center

Here's how to create a new Support Center:

  1. Go to Guided Journeys > Support Center
  2. Click Add Support Center,
  3. When prompted, enter the name of the support center (you can change it later) and click Save
    The Support Center is created.

Note: You can create multiple support centers per knowledge base.

Configure your Support Center

Support center domain - This field contains the subdomain used to access this support center. You will also need to create a CNAME record for this subdomain, typically, you can do it at your domain DNS provider side. Please note that CNAME changes will not take effect instantly because of the DNS propagation, you will have to wait for some time before it will be updated. If for some reason you can't use your own subdomain yet,  you can contact us and we will supply you a temporary one. 

Main Site URL - This field contains your website main URL, if you want to use Support Center as an iframe or it can be the same as Support center domain if you are going to use this subdomain in production as well. 

- Select what kind of content can be shown by using article labeling system 

- Customize Support Center appearance by editing templates code 

- Implement Support Center as iframe 

- Create a redirection mapping for the Support Center in iframe

- Add icons to labels in Support Center 

- Technical preparations to implement a support center
