iOS Harmony SDK supports welcome messages
In the iOS Harmony SDK, you can now set up a welcome message for your customers. For more information, see the Bold360 and BoldChat Developer Center.
Demo application version 1.1 available for iOS devices
To demonstrate the features of a Bold360 ai chat widget, you can now download and install an updated version of the iOS demo app from the App Store on your mobile device.
Support for overriding welcome message with the SDK
You can now define a context-specific welcome message to differentiate between your customers when using the following SDKs:
- Conversational SDK on iOS and Android devices
- Harmony SDK on Android devices
Support for the Back button on Android devices in Search SDK
The Back button on Android devices are now supported when using the Search SDK.
Use context values in article titles
You can set different context values in the title of an article so that related content is maintained in the same article.
Note: You must have the Enable Conversation feature switched on for your account to use this feature.
Show only relevant context values in conversational articles
If a conversational article has more than one context variation then only the relevant values are displayed to customers.

Improved feedback exploration in the new Search Optimizer
When you click the Feedback icon in the new Search Optimizer to open the feedback panel of a customer voice, you can now seamlessly navigate to another voice’s feedback by clicking on another voice. Before this release, the voice’s resolution panel opened instead of the feedback panel.
